WARRANTY CERTIFICATE FOR CLOTHING, BAGS, AND HANDBAGS (EXCEPT LEATHER PRODUCTS)
General Warranty Conditions
Please keep the purchase receipt for any quality claims that may be addressed to our store during the warranty period. This warranty certificate guarantees all rights provided by the applicable legislation (Law 449/2003, Government Ordinance No. 21/1992, republished). The warranty is ensured either by product replacement or, if this is not possible, by refund of the purchase value.
The warranty period is 30 days from the delivery date for defects not caused by the consumer. The seller’s responsibility is assumed in accordance with Article 16 of Law 449/2003. Contract termination and refund of the product’s value are carried out under the conditions of Article 11 of Law 449/2003, as well as Articles 14 and 15 of Government Ordinance 21/1992, republished. To benefit from the warranty, it is necessary to follow the instructions listed below.

The composition of materials, care instructions, and cleaning symbols for your product are indicated on its inner label. These are specific to your item, and it is mandatory to consult them. Please check the meanings of the care symbols on the product’s inner label.
Usage and Care Instructions for Clothing
- Clothing should be washed or cleaned according to the instructions on the inner label.
- Only detergents that comply with international safety and quality standards should be used.
- Do not use industrial cleaning agents (such as soda or other chemical derivatives), as these may permanently damage the product, which is not covered by the warranty.
- Washing clothing at temperatures higher than specified on the inner label is prohibited.
- Colored clothing must be washed separately or with similar colors.
- Jeans (denim) should be washed at a maximum of 30°C, with similar colors, as dye transfer may occur. Over time, denim may naturally fade.
- Do not dry the product near heat sources (electric radiators, stoves, etc.). Drying should always be done at room temperature.
- Protect your product from scratches, burns, punctures, or any physical actions that may cause damage.
- If you choose to use professional cleaning or laundry services, our company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the washing or cleaning process.
Usage and Care Instructions for Bags and Handbags
- The bags and handbags sold by our company are intended exclusively as accessories and should not be used as travel bags.
- The maximum weight limit for handbags is 1 kg, and for bags, it is 3 kg.
- For long-lasting use under optimal conditions, please follow the care instructions on the inner label of your product.
The warranty applies only after assessing the defects. To claim the warranty, the product must be returned to the store along with the original receipt proving the purchase.
ATTENTION!
Do not remove the inner label! The absence of the label automatically voids the warranty.
The product name, model, product code, purchase date, price, and store address are indicated on the purchase receipt. These details are essential for processing any future claims.
