We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, so we want to make sure you have all of the delivery information you’ll need when placing an order with us.
Which delivery methods are available anf how much does it cost?
We have a range of different delivery methods to suit you. You can choose from STANDARD DELIVERY and SAVER DELIVERY.
- STANDARD DELIVERY (5-6 working days)
A delivery charge of € 4.90 will be applied.
- SAVER DELIVERY(1-2 working days)
A delivery charge of € 29.00 will be applied
For NON EU countries additional costs may be added.

- Most of our delivery service are trackable. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order has left the warehouse.
How does your delivery service work ?
We offer Delivery to all the countries listed below:
EU COUNTRIES:Italy,Spain,Greece, Austria, Finland, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Croatia, Netherland, Portugal, France, Sweden,Lithuania, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Malta,Slovenia.
NON EU COUNTRIES:United Kingdom, Switzerland, Moldavia, Israel and UAE.
Will I be charged customs?
Delivery to EU mainland addresses aren’t subject to customs or import charges.
Customs or import charges works differently for each country
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You’ll be contacted by our delivery partner by SMS or email regarding any import and duty charges that you need to pay.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
CATO has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you don’t agree with duty charges presented to you, please contact the carrier.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
CATO is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
Delivery is available Monday – Friday on our Delivery service.
Orders placed will be delivered within 1-2 working days for SAVER DELIVERY and 5-6 working days for STANDARD DELIVERY
- We don’t deliver at weekends and on public holidays, so your order will be delivered on the next working days.
- If you’ve made more than one order on the same day using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped together. If the tracking link in your shipping confirmation emails is the same, your orders will arrive at the same time.
- delivery as mentioned may not always be available during busy periods.
Where is my order?
- Track your order
- Go to ‘My Orders‘ and select the order you want to track.
- Select the ‘Track button to track your ORDER.
- Check the estimated delivery date
- You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email and in ‘My Orders‘.
- Remember, this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.* To see the progress of your order, check your tracking.
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply follow the tracking link in this email to view the up-to-date tracking.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please wait until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.* Your tracking updates may be delayed, but it should update soon.
However, bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on the destination.

Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please wait a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you check your tracking link for the latest updates.
What happens on the day of delivery?
- Our delivery partners work during normal business hours.
- A signature may be required, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.
- Your order will be sent out with our most suitable delivery partner and will depend on size and weight.
- If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, our delivery partner will leave details on how to collect it or rearrange delivery.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For your security, we aren’t able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry – if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a notification advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
While changing the delivery address isn’t possible after the order is placed, there are alternative delivery options you can arrange with the delivery partners.
Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Yes. We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
Someone should be home when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.
Alternatively, they’ll leave a notification card that will inform you when they will try redelivery or give you details about how to collect it.
